I am selling my dads Caravan
Overall the van is in very good condition for its age . The exterior needs a good wash and polish but the interior is very clean and fresh as it is a pet and smoke free home .
Good bits :
The van is totally dry
Interior is nice and clean and it is sold ready to go including cutlery , crockery ,pots, pans and the kitchen sink !
Includes an almost new side tent ( used only twice) and ground sheet .
Van has 12v and 240V power ,gas heater for winter ( built in ) ,power leads, towing mirrors , auto chargers for batteries , Oven , Fridge 12v and gas ( all working ) Port potty and fresh and grey water tanks , two gas bottles , radio casset player and spare wheel all included
Brakes and lights all working .
Bad bits:
Needs a good exterior wash and polish
The tires both have good tread but given the age I would strongly recommend that they be replaced . We have a local tire fitter nearby and I am more than willing to help you change the tires over if you wish .
The plastic roof vent in the toilet has been repaired as it cracked due to UV deteroration ( there are plenty on line for £5 )
