This is my family caravan which I’ve owned for 6yrs. All manuals for everything you need are included, plus original owners handbook. I have always sited the caravan at a local caravan park on a seasonal pitch. I paid £1500 to have a motor mover put on due to its weight and size. It’s a beautiful caravan which can comfortably sleep 6. You can eat either end, all together or separate. The kids loved having their own end with their own tv so never any arguments. Lounge end has a SONY CD player with fantastic surround sound and cocktail cabinet. Including everything that’s in the van now ie 40ltr water container, water pump, long electric hook up lead, 1 x lock (not the newest but do the job), caravan kettle, slow cooker, plates, cutlery etc…. basically ready for the off. Full set of removable carpets included, 2 sets of keys, steps, CRIS documents….. with an awning on the caravan Is double It’s Size so looks amazing see photos. No awning included in the sale already sold. A great caravan for a seasonal site.Jobs needed to do on caravanThe wallboards on the back corners of the van are showing signs of damp (see photos). Water ingress at the front window of van but dried out now…
