Things to note-*We removed the curtains etc so left with small screw holes*Fridge doesn’t work off gas but someone that knows what their doing will be able to fix it*No ladder or mattress for top bunk*General wear and tear for the age of van but nothing major and in great condition for age*Leisure battery not included*The previous owners had a small leak in the bathroom window running down into the cupboard below. This was 3 years ago, the window was taken out and re sealed with no further issues.Has been a great van for us but now the children are getting older we are looking to upgrade to different bed layout.
