This is an exceptionally clean caravan, inside and out. Indeed, I would say it is exceptional. It is in very good condition especially considering its age (1990). We have enjoyed it for 21 years during which time is has either been stored inside or under a cover. This van was next to the top of the range and I have upgraded it over the years (eg fly screens and sun blinds, feature stanchion dining table, extra lights, music system). It has hot and cold water on electric tap and cassette toilet with electric flush. The upholstery is of excellent quality. There is excellent headroom. Though nominally a 4 berth van, its adaptable and spacious design works out great for all configs. When using just the main big double bed (6’6″ by 6’3″!) you still have a dinette and picture window at the other end. The third bunk is of generous proportions plus there is a (removable) high level bunk above. These two end berths have a good privacy curtain. There is a side bathroom with effective shower and good sized wash bowl. The kitchen area has a fridge (gas/12v/240v), stainless bowl and drainer, three burner hob and grill. The van has several mains and 12v electric sockets. We are non smokers.It comes complete with a neat porch awning and breathable ground sheet and many other accessories and documents so that it is practically ready to go on holiday!
