Up for auction is a Compass Pentara caravan. 4 berth. Its around a 1995-1998 caravan. Its in pretty good condition on the outside. It has quite a few bad points. They are as follows:It hasn’t been used for about 3 years.Mice have got in and damaged the carpet, they may have caused more damage. Seats all look good though.There is a lot of junk in the van, some of it maybe useful, like wind breaks, water carriers, microwave etc… which comes with the van and must be taken away.It has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, heaters, lighting, toilet,shower. I assume these all work, but i can not guarantee this.The keys have been lost to the door, but there are some present for the smaller compartments. It is unlocked and ive been told it is easy to fit a new door lock.It looks like the front windows have leaked at some point and there is some rot inside around the windows as seen in the photos.Ceiling lights have fallen down.I don’t know if the lights work, break lights etc… but they should work fine.Everything could and should work fine, but i have not got the time to check anything. Basically there are a few problems with the van, mainly cosmetic.
