Everything works as it should, just been tested.Sale includes: caravan, caravan step, spare wheel, leg winder, gas bottle(empty),aqua roll, waste hog, water pump, mains hook up lead, scissor lift jack, wheel spaner.all paperwork and NCC certificate present.There is no damp in the caravan and all walls and floor are solid, no soft patches.Right rear corner has been damaged a little bit last year, see picture, besides that the bodywork is in really good condition, shame that corner was hit. MPTLM 1500 kg. All blinds ans fly screens works perfect.Two large Heki sky lights.
