Hi. This caravan isn’t as simple as it sounds…there is so much more..it has a fixed bed at the end of the one side with a memory foam mattress. Everything is in working order.The one cooker plate doesn’t work. (Never looked at why) the toilet needs a flush pump which I have already bought however needs to be put in.this isn’t too complicated to install. The caravan comes with a number of extras such as an awning which is the length of the caravan and has 2 porch awnings as well during a hot day. It also has 2 annexe attachments which means you can sleep an extra 2 people per annexe. This is great for a bigger family like us 🙂 the awning has a few ground sheets which can be used with the annexe. The caravan comes with a new battery and a solar panel to keep it charged. It has an electric hook up cable which can also be plugged into mains. It also has a aqua roll and waste master. The aqua roll comes with a stopper so you don’t have to keep filling it up 🙂 the gas bottle is still in there and is possibly quarter full. It has no damp (this was tested a year ago and was perfect.) The caravan is great to tow especially with the stabilizer bar.
