Compass Omega 400 Caravan that we purchased to be an on site bedroom whilst our house was being renovated for 5 months. That was 6 years ago and it has sat in the garden unused ever since. It’s time for it to go so it’s up for sale from the first bid. I don’t know how old it is but it doesn’t look too bad now I have just jet washed it. The interior with a good clean, new carpet and curtains would be quite respectable. It can be used as 2 individual beds but does have the boards to link both seats to make a double bed.It has a twin burner gas stove with grill, stainless steel sink with tap and a fridge which can run from gas, 12V or 230V. It also has a gas heater. It should be noted that I have no idea if any of these work as they have never been used in our ownership. The caravan is rigged for 230V and has a couple of mains lights and sockets. These were used but 5 years ago.There is a toilet room but there is no toilet. What you see is what you get.The tyres are holding pressure including the spare and a Gas bottle is included but needs a regulator. The wheels turn freely and the brakes do work.
