Easy light van to tow, this 14ft model has a porch awning with detachable curtains and breathable groundsheet, spare wheel in front locker and t.v. aerial with poles. Hot water from gas operated water heater is pumped to wash room and kitchen sink as well as cold water. There is a gas operated space heater and an Electrolux three way fridge all in good working order. Three 2 pin sockets for 12volt battery appliances, t.v. etc and three 240volt sockets for mains site supply are installed and mains hook up cable is included. A reading light is at the end of each seating which operates from the 12 volt supply from the leisure battery which is included and is installed in the front locker. The wash room has a new thetford porta potty. Water barrel with handle for pulling and waste container included. A two platform step is included. The front lounge easily turns into a king size bed and two king size duvets, winter and summer and sheets are included. Pots and pans, cutlery etc.included. The caravan was manufactured in 1987 so marks and knocks must be expected. Some of the finish on a couple of cupboards has rubbed off where a gas bottle rubbed against it while towing. The front window had a repair several years ago and had to be permanently kept closed but all other windows open.
