This 2 berth caravan is in excellent condition for it’s age. The previous owners had it from new and were non smokers as we also are, so no lingering smells. We bought a new porta potty last October which is still boxed. Loads of extras, the van includes everything needed to use straight away. Obviously it’s age means marks,slight knocks here and there but has been well looked after. The single front window got cracked several years ago and has been repaired and can no longer be opened. Several leaks have also been repaired. The seating converts to a king size bed and we are including bedding, duvet,etc. Carver gas water heater is in good working order as is the Electrolux fridge and space heater. We suggest you look the caravan over before committing to buying but only genuine serious viewers are welcome. It is at our home address in Lincolnshire instruction manual for caravan, porch awning, water heater, porta potty and fridge are included as are water barrel, waste container, pots, pans, cutlery etc. Thank you for your interest.
