caravan is a 2005 model which is in good condition with no damp, caravan comes with air conditioning, blow heating, gas & electric fire, cooker, microwave, new Tv-DVD combo, comes with water & waste barrels, electric hook up cable, new leisure battery month ago and all kitchen utensils, basically it comes with everything apart from bedding and food. Caravan also comes with all hand books & instruction manuals for all the equipment in van, the caravan also comes with 2 awnings, one is a full size dorema awning like new which I never used as I purchased a kampa rally pro 260 as it is a lot easier to put up as most times I was away myself, caravan was serviced last yr with the brakes overhauled at same time, caravan also comes with alloy wheels as standard. Only small fault is one of the two vanity mirrors has a slight crack but that me just being picky. If you have any questions just ask.
