1998 4 berth Compass Kensington caravan. Much loved and used family tourer however has been standing still for 24 months (kids have grown up). Outside has quite a few bumps and scratches and the signage is faded in places however the tyres are good and he tows well. There is a TV aerial on the roof and a front locker for the gas bottles, electric cable and leg winder. Inside there is a rear bathroom with window, skylight, shower, toilet, sink with cupboard beneath, wall shelving and large storage cupboard. Kitchen has metal sink and drainer, 4 ring gas hob, grill and oven, dual fuel fridge, cupboards above and skylight. There is a little dinette which converts to bunk beds (see photos) for younger children and a curtain pulls round for privacy. The lounge has twin sofas which convert into a large comfy double or two smaller singles. There are lots of cupboards and storage space under the sofas etc. There is some decay under the wall panel around the front near side window but nowhere else that I’m aware of. There are no bad smells and inside is warm and dry. The fridge was temperamental last time we used it (blue pilot light on but not cooling, will need attention, as will the water heater which was not working at all.
