We purchased this caravan in good faith as in ‘excellent condition’. It has a few cosmetic items which needed sorting out. However, we soon discovered that it has had some issues with damp. It is no longer damp but the damage it has caused needs repairing. It is more of a project than we want to take on but have been advised that it is repairable by a DIYer. It would be a nice little caravan with some care and attention so we have decided to sell it on to see if we can get some of our money back and for someone else to enjoy.We have taken out the cooker, kitchen cupboard and vanity unit in order to examine the damage. We have put them back in place but not replaced the gas and electricity connections as it will need to come out to do the repairs.We have never used it for camping but we did test the heating, which works and the fridge, which also does.Fair offers will be considered.Viewings by arrangement welcome.
