Dining area to back which converts to double bed and top bunk.
L-Shaped sitting to front also converts to double and very easy to do, just pull out slats from under cushions.
Large Wardrobe. Drinks and bottle storage as seen in picture. All seats have large storage areas underneath and are clean and dry areas to store things.
Bathroom with overhead shower, Thetford Cassette toilet, pull down sink and shower tray has no cracks or damage, although we have never used the bathroom.
Spare wheel and gas bottle included.
Wheels and tyres are in excellent condition.
Kitchen has a sink, 4 ring gas hob, oven, separate grill, full fridge with freezer compartment and lots and lots of stirage throughout the caravan.
Full electrics and battery working. Control panel for electric heating again works fully.
No bad smells, like damp, dogs or smoke.
I am including in the sale a gas bottle, electric hookup lead, aquaroll, waste water container and electric water pump.
Awning included and is a very desirable Isabella brand awning, which more than doubles the space available and has never been stored wet or damp. Large ground sheet for awning.
