Lovely caravan for its age and has wear here and there. Complete with awning.Bathroom is untested as it’s been used for storage as we used site facilities. Also hot water untested as we washed on site as it’s a small caravan and no room with a child. There has been a dam issue to the rear but was dry all winter after a repair Fridge is fine Cold water fine Gas cooker fine Aerial fine Viewing is highly advised. Deposits required which is non refundable if you change your mind.
