N.B. it has not been tested recently for roadworthiness – however one wheel fine, the other looks like it needs air, but there is also a spare. Has been all over the country with a theatre company. Loo could be made to work with but isn’t at the moment. None of the foregoing comes with any guarantee – what you see is what you get, but it’s easy to get gas and electric checked and certified yourself later.Awning included – was bought new. No obvious damp or leaks.WOULD MAKE A GREAT QUIRKY REFURB PROJECT!Was used for work purposes rather than touring so some internal decorative modifications, but bunks – 2 – and beds (2 single) are all there. Rear window has damage to one corner, but could be repaired. Had a NEW AXLE c. 5 years ago, which cost a lot, and is also the reason the wheels are slightly repositioned – internal modifications were professionally made to wheel void to accommodate.We will clear the inside – picture is just to give an idea.
