Condition reflects age. Not used for touring over last 4 years, partly due to holidays abroad. Before that, kept on home driveway and used continuously since purchase in 2006. On last outing electric/lighting worked well when towed and used for stay on different sites. Currently used with mains hook up as additional occasional living bedroom space for guests for which it is better suited. Seating converts easily to double bed and usable with foldaway dinning table. No longer required owing to move abroad.
There have been some issues with water damage which were minimized with use of sealant and waterproof tape. Some plastic window fittings could do with replacement to hold them open better. Retractable fly screens on windows and door to keep out insects. Working blinds and curtains fitted. Upholstery and internal appearance maintained to good standard with working oven and fridge. Used with mains for heating, fridge and appliance power. Gas canisters also included for use with oven and fridge. No recent service. Supplied with awning (plus pegs & tools), water containers, waste container, water pump (not used or checked recently), battery and of course mains hook up . Argos freestanding microwave included and cutlery and picnicware if required.
