This Compass Commodore 400 has been some accommodation flexibility for my in-laws on their farm in Yorkshire for around 20 years, but it has not moved for around 17 of those. Apart from a broken vent cover on the roof, it is weatherproof. The tyres on its single axle remain inflated and the tow hitch appears to be seviceable; having said that, I would not expect this to be towed away… it really ought to go on a trailer. This caravan is too good to scrap, but it needs quite a bit of servicing to be roadworthy. Please do not bid if you’re looking for a towing ready holiday home… this is a winter project.
