I will be as honest and forward in this listing as I can, I don’t want to waste your time so please don’t waste mine.The van has a pull out king bed in the front and 3 DIY bunks at the back as the pictures show these do need a bit of finishing off and carpet laying ect, I havent had time to finish it, Everything in this van works unless stated otherwise, 12v Lights, Cooker, Hob, Grill, Carver Heater & Carver gas hot water heater. (No outside cover on water heater but has been like this for time we have had it)The van is geared up for off grid, It has a 75ah Gel battery fitted with a 100w solar panel on the roof with a solar charger running everything. We had a 12v tv, lights, Water pump ect running for weeks without loosing power. It also has a 240v hook up and lead (Untested as didn’t use it)Toilet with cassete, Shower, Vanity unit ect. Also with Water porter, Grey waste tank, 6KG Propane bottle (Toilet flush needs new bellows pump £11 to replace)The van tows lovely and both tyres were new when we got the van, Rear lights all working although couple of front side light have blown.This van is 1993ish and HAS HAD DAMP…
