The caravan has a beautiful L shaped lounge with fixed bed and a bathroom that fully separates the caravan bedroom into an ensuite as shown in the pictures. It is a really good layout, solid caravan, no soft spots or soft floors. Comes with a fitted motor mover, leisure battery, steps, half full 19KG gas bottle, water waste and fresh water butt. and water pump. It has a Winter Hoff stabiliser hitch (German engineered).Tinted windows, gas BBQ point, awning warmer, alloy wheels, fly screen on entrance door, skylights, curtains, fly screens and blinds, laminate effect flooring with fitted carpets in excellent condition, blown air vents, TV Ariel socket, cd radio head unit with built in speakers, fully alarmed with thob, sink, oven, 3 ring gas hob, microwave, extractor fan, truma heater works on gas and electric, digital Thetford fridge. The only fault with the caravan is it has had a scrape at the back shown in the picture. It’s not actually gone through the caravan and has been covered with waterproof tape to prevent any internal damage and does not affect the use what so ever.
