Selling our caravan due to lack of use by us,It will come with everything needed to start Caravanning,all you need to do is add clothes and food.It’s in pretty good condition for year with everything working as it should.it has had a couple of leaks in past before we purchased it but it’s now dry and no more leaks as far as I know.The specs for the caravan are,double bed,bunk beds,hot and cold water(gas/electric),three way fridge,cooker,sink,flushing toilet and sink,shower,blown air heating,air conditioning,alarm,CRIS registeredIt comes with everything needed like gas bottles,water/waste containers,mains hookups,towing mirrors,tv/dvd combo,pots/pans/plates/cutlery etc,a practically new folding bike.It also has a motor mover fitted.Also included is a practically new Sunncamp 325 porch air awning.New battery and tyres last year (tyres only done about 300miles)There’s probably more stuff included that I haven’t put on listing Feel free to ask any questions and please remember it’s a 15yr old caravan so it’s not going to be perfect
