Compass Pentara 524 Anniversary Edition Caravan. In Excellent condition. This caravan has been well looked after as the pictures present. Caravan information:Sleeps 4 people (with bunk beds)Fridge freezer4 ring hob / cooker / grill Microwave Radio with CD player Shower / sink / toilet cassette Smoke / carbon monoxide alarms Heater Removable fitted carpets This caravan has additional extras due to being an anniversary edition. Sold with water Carrier, waste unit, caravan steps, electric hook up cable, new water filter, two gas bottles and Westfield 390 Inflatable awning, pump (inflates in seconds) and complete with made to measure awning carpet. Please note that one of the guide ropes has come off but is supplied loose to be re-attached (this in no way effects the awning). The caravan was serviced in May this year. The damp report from the service indicated that certain areas of the caravan may require attention (bathroom area- evidence of deterioration above the mirror and window area) this is expected due to age of the caravan.Please note- the bathroom skylight has snapped and is detached from the caravan. This needs to be repaired (please contact us for more information or additional photographs). It is currently in place and stops water ingress and could be sealed in place if needed as a remedy. Slight issue with the fridge (freezer works spot on) and although the electrics got the all clear from service in May, in busy periods on sites it can trip one of the breakers.
