A very popular layout with Side Dinette / End Washroom. There are damp problems, hence the low price and being sold as seen. Damp is situated in the front around mainly 2 of the windows and also in the 2 rear walls of the wardrobe. I would think it needs the awning rails resealed and new window rubber. This area would dry out but would leave some sponginess in the back but the front is solid .(Great project or could be used as it is with no real issues) .
All in all the caravan is in good condition apart from the damp issues in the kitchen. This model would retail at £4495.
