This is a house clearance jobBeen sitting for 7 years but moved it no problem. Inside has some wear but has no damp smell and is in good condition for its age.Toilet needs a new pump we have been told.All it needs is a good jet wash a scrub. We spent 15 minutes just wiping the 4 sides and it does come up rather well as you can see in the pictures.No Mot. Few lights need replacing and some light covers.Great for a festival or refurb.This Caravan is 20 minutes from my location.please message for more info
