For Sale with No Reserve 1998 Compass Kensington 500/4 Touring Caravan with Sunncamp Mira 390 Awning and Mira 390 Extra Annex.We have owned this caravan for 7 years and both our family and previous family were non-smokers. It has been well used for family holidays and only selling as children have now grown up its not getting used and needs to be gone ready for building work to commence on our property. It is 22 years old so please do not expect it to be prefect, but it has been well looked after and is not a damp smelling shed.I tow this caravan with a Ford Mondeo and it has never been a problem due to weighing only 1200kg. It had new tyres last year and comes with a Sunncamp Mira 390 Awning and annex. Unfortunately i do not have any photos, but a Google search will show you what this is. It has the additional bedroom off the side. This is in perfect condition.The faults I know about the caravan are:-Blown air heating system, ECU board has a fault so it does not work. This costs approx £100 to replace or use a £15 fan heater from Screwfix like I have for a year.Fridge only works off Electrical hookup as not connected to the gas.Cosmetic damage to cooker.
