For sale is a lovely little caravan – great for first timers or people wanting to do it up, we’ve had some lovely little trips in it but due to a change in circumstances, we no longer have a suitable towing vehicle. It was serviced last year and had a new nearside tyre, fridge was repaired to work off both gas and electric and gas fire removed due to age – an electric heater has been added as a replacement. It has a double bed area and then also bunk beds which are fully working but may require a new mattress. Oven is in good working order and also has an alco stabilising hitch to reduce snaking when towing. Also included in the sale is water butt and waste water as well as an awning that it is only 2 years old. All ready to go. The downside is that the damp report showed areas that require attention and so will need dealing with over time – please see detailed photo. Great little van for someone who doesn’t mind getting a bit stuck in. Collection near Gatwick, West Sussex.
