This caravan has been in seasonal hard standing fully devised pitch for past 3 years and never been in accident Now Here are the bad bits All can be fixed and not expensive! 1) Glass lid on hob removed 2) little dent on kitchen work surface 3) alarm disconnected but working 4) back small vanity sink cracked will need to be replaced water to sink working 5) shower tray cracked will need repairing water to shower working 6) general wear and tear but everything else working last service what’s been replaced 1) back sky lite 2) mains water inlet cartridge replaced 3) Brand new upgrade fixed bed mattress cost £650 4) new rotary roof Ariel replaced for new
