Spacious end
bathroom with vanity unit, electric flush cassette toilet, separate shower
enclosure (never used), wardrobe and drawer unit.
Gas oven,
grill and 4 burner hob. Fridge, extractor fan and sunroof. Two seater dinette
area with stowaway table. Main seating, stowaway table and central drawer base unit
at the front of the caravan. Blown air central heating/ventilation (gas or
elec).
The beds at the front of the caravan can be made up as two singles or a double.
In-built
Sony radio/stereo system. TV aerial (with booster) can be extended/retracted
and directed from within the caravan. Additional power points and aerial
connection fitted to front locker for convenient TV connection.This unit also has a slide out table top extension instead of a hinged extension so that a TV can remain in place on top of the unit, if required.
Fly screens
and blackout blinds. Alloy wheels and 2 very good tyres. Two gas bottles.
External gas barbeque connection, power point and auxiliary shower hose.
Only used once since July 2016 when it was fully
serviced and upgraded to current gas regulations and certified damp free. CRiS
registered. Full Isabella awning included but this has not been used for several years so cannot certify
condition….
