I am selling our caravan as not used for 3 years nowIt has a separate bathroom and shower with wardrobe at one end It’s in lovely condition inside and has been a really lovely caravan to own. It has wear and tear as not new but has been well looked after and loved It has a motorised hand held remote controller for parking without being attached to vehicleIt also has an awning but I have never used or opened the bag but was assured all bits were there for it ( I have not checked this ) There is some damp in corner of bathroom in one cornerI had the caravan serviced and both heating water pump all working correctly 2 years agoI have a lot of paperwork for the caravanIt has a new jockey wheel tooI have added damp bit it’s small and run down mirror I think it’s from the seal on the spoiler bit, it just needs some tlc Also has mains hook up
