Coachman VIP 2000 460/2 Caravan2 BerthYear 2000Motor MoversAwningWaste water container,hitch lock,battery and long hook up lead.Manuals,2 keys & controller for motor mover.I operate the site that this caravan has been based on for some years and have purchased it from the previous owner.He stated that when last used everything worked except for the water heater on electric,it worked on gas.It has an area of historical damp/delamination in the area photographed in the front left hand seating area,the cause of the leak was professionally sealed a while ago.I put my moisture meter on the caravan and apart from this area the readings are all within tolerance.When checking it over I also noticed that the blind in the shower room and front left seating area was reluctant to go up so will need attention.The caravan is fairly clean and just has usual wear and tear.I have tried to describe it as best as I can but would welcome viewings.Bank transfer on collection and no PayPal please.Based in Malvern,WorcestershireThank you for looking
