Hi, This is a auction for my Coachman caravan, it’s the desirable pastiche model and is the 4 berth end bathroom.The van is in excellent condition considering its age, obviously shows signs of wear and tear but a great all-round caravan, served us very well. The only marks to mention other than what you would expect are:- several awning pole dents on the door side (see photos) this is how I bought it and was told by previous owner their awning came down in a storm when they were out, it hasn’t cause me any problems and is purely cosmetic. the wheel arch on same side is broke (see photo).Top rear corner in a bathroom cupboard has had small damp problem, caused by an outer seal which was resealed when I purchased the van. Again doesn’t effect the van in any way.One of the interior drawer fronts has a scrape on it. I cant honestly think of anything else worth mentioning. Just normal use.The auction is just for the caravan, water pump, electric hook up, winder and step.However I do have a full awning and tall annex (see photo) which I can sell if the buyer wants one, also water hog with mains and waste hog etc Viewing welcome after Saturday as we are away until then.Any questions please ask Thanks
