Welcome to the sale of our 1997 Coachman Mirage Oasis 440/5 caravan.
We have not used it for 18 months so we have decided to sell it.
Weights M.A.W 1100kg C.A.P 180kg
It is clean inside and out and tows very well.
All the electrics work but we have never used the gas so cannot comment on that.The electric blown fan heater, battery charger, lights, radio, fridge, power points, water pump and electric hot water all work.
All the window catches and door lock work.The windows have blinds and nets, as well as curtains.
There is a manual cassette toilet, shower and sink.
The outside is good for the year, few chips and marks but nothing major.The inside is nice and clean with only age related wear and tear.The bunk bed was removed before we brought the caravan so it is only a 4 berth.Large double at front and smaller double at back.
There is a full size fairly new Pyramid Corsican awning which is in good condition with instructions/DVD which comes with the caravan.
The Caravan comes with 2 waste water containers and a clean water barrel container.
There is some damp on the inside under the left hand front window.It as been there for years, I resealed the front panel a couple of years ago and does not seemed to have got any worse, but I do not have a meter so cannot be sure.I do not believe there is any other damp but I only had a quick check around so cannot guarantee.
The battery is flat…
