Thank you for look at my listing. We have owned this caravan for the past 12 years and have had some great family holidays in it, but when we checked on it recently we noticed there was a small amount of water ingress round the front offside window, it is not inside the van but in between the outer and inner skin. I made a small hole in the wallboard and inserted a small camera and when it was raining hard i saw a couple of drips of water running down the outside wall.I do not believe this to be a major issue and will supply a roll of sealing mastic to hopefully rectify the problem, but need you to be aware of the problem before you bid.The caravan comes with large awning as seen in the first picture, and just about everything you could need to go away on holiday including:- two tables, 1 waste master, 1 aqua-roll, 1 porch awning, 1 windbreak, 2 gas bottles, electric hookup lead, satellite TV receiver, 1 240 Volt heater and ample pegs for the awning.I fitted two new tyres last year and the year before that i fitted a new leisure battery that has a solar panel attached to it to maintain its charge.Another reason for sale is downsizing our son no longer wants…
