Cochman Genius 1998 / 5 Berth very good caravan it was 9 months old when I purchased it. it is stored in a compound Dawlish Devon . we used it 5 to 6 times a every year . it has a good cooker /fridge/microwave/iron/crockery/glasses/dinner service/toaster/wind breaker/sun brolly/table & chairs/TV /Two electric cables 1/10 metre & 1/30 metre/ water barrel/waste barrel/3/4 awning which is very easy to put up shower/wash room/toilet are in the centrekitchen are in the centre the top seating make up in to a large bed/bottom end makes up in to a double bed/and there is a bunk bed on the top.there is plenty of cupboard space awning ground sheets. it is ready to use for HolidaysThe caravan was always covered with caravan covers. for any more information please ring Mike on 07982 026140
