The Caravan is in very good condition for its age.
The manuals for all the internal equipment installed in the van are present, these include the original handbook/wallet, the cooker, fridge, heating, water heater system, Thetford toilet, awning and the power supply ext. all 12v and 240v systems are working as they should. It has a 6kg gas bottle 1/2 full, as well as the Leisure battery.
In the last four years of ownership it has been a great starter caravan for our growing family, it tows great and have enjoyed multiple trips all around the uk. A recent upgrade to a newer bigger van is the only reason for sale.
The van had new tyres in 2016 so they have only covered around 750 miles and still look as new. good spare is also present.
