The caravan has been used as an extra bedroom whilst building extension, the mains and dc voltage work all ok, we have never used the carver heating, shower or hot water system but were assured they worked when we purchased it.
It is 4 berth, the lounge makes up a double bed or 2 singles and the dining are converts to bunk beds. It comes with a full awning, but we have not put this up or even unpacked it, there is also a full size winter cover which has been on all last winter.
We had the tv on a portable satellite dish as the caravan one does not work, there is some slight damage to the windows as per the photos, blinds and fly screens all work ok and The cooker and fridge work well.
The caravan is 18 yrs old so has a few dings and dents and the wind down legs have seen better days but still work fine, altogether it’s in reasonable condition no obvious known leaks but I can’t rule out any unseen damp issues given it’s age. As for towing, tyres, brakes and running gear seem fine.
Viewing is recommended and you can view anytime in Dover so please contact me to arrange.
Please note that the final price will be the purchase price so no haggling when you come to collect the caravan.
