Coachman Genius 1998 SE460/2 Touring Caravan/ 2 berth end bathroom with settee which becomes double bed, 980kg MIRO maximum 1300kg loaded weight which allows you to carry an extra 320kg. Last used 4yrs approx everything worked as should, although I still recommend you arrange your own habitation service as remained in storage and hasn’t been used on site since then due to unforeseen circumstances. All solid/ sound underneath please see photos uploaded which includes under floor, many upgrades ie motor mover and Heideki roof light, original curtains were also replaced with lined made to measure along with the new vinyl foor/ all lights now led with additional remote control mood lights. Will include leisure battery which I’ll check and also give full charge if required, gas bottle and plastic levelling ramps/ will need external clean and some minor attention also possible requires new jockey wheel as current looks cracked although it’s remained inflated.PLEASE NOTE: See photos 13/ 14 which shows damage to upper shelves above the front window where some water ingress has recently been discovered, I checked the inside multiple times since it’s been fixed even after heavy rain it’s remained completely dried with main cosmetic damage I found as shown on shelves which you may wish to replace/ make do and mend.
