Two single or one double berth across the front of caravan and two bunks further back in main cabin.Bathroom across the back with window in the centre which allows vision when towing. Walk in shower, cassette toilet and a fitted low wattage towel rail which can be used as a low level heater to prevent damp when in storage. Lino type flooring.The main cabin has a fridge, oven , four ring hob, sink and draining board. There is a heater which runs on gas or electricity, a TV and a music centre which includes a radio and CD player. Fully carpeted.The hot water boiler is under a seat. We mainly used the electricity connection for powering all the equipment when on a site with the exception of the cooker which only runs on gas.The carpet and all the upholstery is in good condition as well as the blinds and curtains. All the vents are in working order. Lots of internal storage. New fire extinguisher, combined carbon monoxide and smoke alarm.The outside of the caravan is in good order but it is approximately 15 years…
