A good van needing some attention in the bathroom. The photos show the issues very clearly but I feel most of this is due to being stood for over 2 years.The caravan would be an easy project for someone with low level DIY skills. There are no water butts or a gas connection pipe or gas bottle but these are very easy to pick up cheaply. Outside there are obvious signs of wear and tear for its age but generally a good looking caravan ready to tow away. All towing lights are working. The good news is the caravan has no other major issues as I can see. The Carver heating system works and the water system is good. The cooker and fridge look fine but will obviously need testing however these were working before being stood. All lights are in working order and all furnishings are tidy. There appears to be no issues inside any of the cupboards except for a bit of trim in the one nearest the bathroom. It comes fitted with all fly nets and blinds. I will include an Electric hook-up.
