Relisted..This is a well specified van that includes Carver Cascade 2 hot water, shower, cassette toilet, Carver space heater, 4 burner cooker and grill and 2 way fridge. Also included are a wide range of accessories for a new user to get started straight away including cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, a table and chairs, TV, recent 12v battery, 4.5kg gas bottle, Aquaroll and waste water container and mains lead.All domestic systems professionally tested in 2018 and new gas hose fitted. Caravan has remained on a seasonal site for some while but I recently tested all lights and jacked the van up to check the hubs are free and the brakes and reversing mechanism are all functional. There is evidence of a leak in each of the 2 front corners and in toilet with some damage. Externally all looks fine so it appears to need re sealing at the corner joints. Despite this the inside feels dry with no sign of damp or mould to soft furnishings. More photos and info available if you message me
