We are selling our Coachman VIP , 4 berth (large seating area converts into double bed and has under bed storage and a small seating area into bunk bed). Considering its age it is still in good condition. We had all seating newly upholstered and curtains replaced. The bed is extremely comfy!We also replaced the water tap in the wash room which is now a convenient mixer tap!It comes with a spare tyre and 2 tyres have been replaced recently. It tows very easily!It has a cassette toilet/shower/internal water storage/blown air central heating/double glazing/fly screens/blackout blinds/3 way fridge/oven/hob/separate heater/hot and cold water supply/ full awning with 2 separate anexes (needs water proofing), a porch awning (needs waterproofing)It has plenty of storage space, a big wardrobe with 3 drawers and another large cupboard, a wine/glass cupboard to keep bottle safe and cool!A couple of blinds need replacing, the toilet flush does not work but is still perfectly usable . Some of the lamps/lights need fixing or replacing.Gas, water and heating not recently tested but worked when we last used it. Door which separates wash room and living area has come off. There are obvious signs of wear and tear, cosmetic issues and it could do with some TLC, including the PVC flooring. It comes with a lot of accessories, including a spare cascade water heater , a gas bottle, fresh and waste water drums, electric cable. Unfortunately we don t want to invest anymore time or money into it as our kids…
