Thank you for looking at our caravan.The good bits areIts very clean, tows well, lights work inside and out, loads of storage, large sky light for excellent ventilation, extractor fan that blows in and out again for extra air flow. Works on gas or electric. Separate toilet and shower in end dressing room. Approx 21ft long inc tow bar. Bad bits.Looks like its had a bit of damp that has been repaired, not discoloured but shown as a tear in wallpaper in front left corner (shown in pic) We were in torrential rain a couple of weeks ago and no water whatsoever got in!!The fire needs fixing in place as for some reason doesn’t appear to sit flush with the unit. This appears to be just cosmetic.Although when we last went out everything worked just fine on gas nothing has been serviced with us so selling sold as seen and would advise getting one carried out for your peace of mind. A really nice caravan ideal for starting out with. Only selling as we need a 4 berth.Cash on collection only. Must be collected within 7 days of end of auction.You are bidding to buy not view.
