Please see photo No 2 for details of dimensions, weights etc.Caravan is ready to use, with fresh water, toilet and waste water containers included. There is also one gas bottle along with bedding (mattress protector, sheet and duvet – all made to measure) for the bunk beds.It also comes with a full awning plus one side pod. The awning is well used but does have plenty of life left in it. We love our caravan, but our children are now older and have outgrown it – we haven’t used the caravan for nearly 2 years now so it really is time for it to be used once more.In excellent condition apart from a small hole in the rear (see photo) which was done whilst the caravan was in its previous storage location.Viewing welcome, currently stored in Paglesham, Essex.
