2001 Model in good condition, no damp, clean. Comes with water barrel, waste container, step, elec hook up, water pump, new leisure battery, new battery charger and new carpet, also curtains, fly screens and black out blinds, fly screen on door and Heiki sunroof.Caravan is 4 berth with side dinnette that can be used as a single bed or bunk beds.Kitchen comes with oven and fridge,also gas fire with electric start up. Rear bathroom with toilet and shower. Plenty of cupboards and storage space. Ok, now for the issues that you would find a van this age, biggest problem is you will need a new water heater(if you want water,not the end of the world to boil a kettle for hot water or some supplies of cold water in bottles). Sunroof brackets need replaced,( which i have purchased for replacement),one of the roof vents is broke. Front window has a crack in it but does not leak(replacement window also purchased for repair). Thanks for looking.
