Coachman Genius 440/5 caravan 5 birth 2 doubles 1 of these we have as fixed bed and 1 as 2 sofa for dining which turns into another double also a bunk bed which has held an adult. Good dry no signs of damp, Brand new upholstery recently bought,great family caravan.Comes with everything you need for camping, Also comes with an Awning But we have never used it so don’t know its condition, Also we have never used the shower as the tray is cracked but sink and cassette toilet work fine, cooker and fridge all work fine but never used the gas heater.Could do with a new door lock ?? it still works and locks it’s just a bit fiddly has a certain way of working.Tows great,all lights work, tyres good and spare tyre.
