Caravan Coachman VIP 535/4 2010This delightful caravan was purchased by one previous owner, purchased new in 2010 and comes with all paperwork. We purchased it 3 years ago however I have only used it twice since due to private circumstances and catching COVID.There is a main fixed double bed with expensive specially made foam matress, with ‘on suite’ sink and bathroom toilet and shower. In the lounge area the base pulls out to create another double bed. Under the main bed is another storage area which stores the awning, water ‘roller’ container and sanitary waste container. A Sony entertainment system brings a remote operated stereo with speakers and DVD player, with a remote control alarm system.The caravan operates on 12V battery supply or can operate on mains ‘hook-up’. it has a full heating system through ducts in the furniture using gas or electricity. Similarly the cooker and water heating uses gas or electricity. There are many extras including 2 x 6kg propane bottles, and a mover is fitted.The skylight and extractor fan above the cooker was completely replaced with a new one. I have also removed 3 main skylights and re-sealed them. This ensures the caravan will be watertight for many years to come.Have replaced the 12v battery with a new Halfords battery last year. Never used but kept charged.Security: The main alarm back-up battery was renewed last year and kept charged.
