Firstly THIS IS NOT A VICTIM OF THE RESENT STORMS. I have had this van just prior to the covid lockdown I don’t know how many owners it has had. I reboard a couple of walls during lockdown but I don’t think myself of an expert in this field so it may not be up to some people’s standards I taped the roof joints and varnished them to help the damp problem but just recently I have noticed that the roof joint on the near side ( as in the picture) has split I am not spending anymore time and money on it so it has to go.I had it serviced in August ( I have paperwork) and they found 50 per cent damp on that side.The fire,cooker, fridge, water heater,all work lights etc, brakes, tyres all checked and OKed by fitter.The radiator you see in pic is not part of the deal,I keep that switched on 24/7 whenever it is stood. I last used it September for a week in Norfolk.I need the space on my drive so it has to go.For anyone who has time and knowledge it could be repaired,it could also be useful for anyone doing a van conversion,or even for someone to strip for the chassis to make a trailer.It is SOLD AS SEEN NO COMEBACKS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY NO RESERVE!! Buyer must collect.I forgot to say it is a1998/9 4 berth but I would say 2adults 2 kids
