has no issues I have owned this caravan for the last couple of years everything can be seen working, it will Come with all the basic manuals how to operated everything has 2 sets of keys and 2 alarm fobs, 3 owners from new and also criss registered, does have a built in tracker but have never figured it out how to use it. it does come with an awning but have never used it, Also has the basic to get you going such as water barrels and waste master and few other bits. Does have a hitch lock, also has the alko stability control. Clean caravan throughout and has been well looked after.
There is no damp within the caravan or bad smells it had a damp report carried out just over a year ago and all figures where below 15% within caravan was also serviced and had 2 new tyres fitted at the time of the. Service, everything works in the caravan on gas and electric will come with gas bottles and electric hook too
