The caravan is in good condition, currently stored in a secure storage that requires 24 hour notice to access the van. there is a full size awning with aluminium poles, all are labelled and there is a diagram as well. the awning and the awning carpets the wheel/hitch locks will be included in the sale if the price reaches the lower valuation. the valuation is in one of the photos. there are two sets of keys and fobs. the manuals for the van are all there along with the CRIS certificate of ownership.the van has two fixed single beds and the front pulls out to make a large double bed, sleeps four grandkids. End bathroom with shower/toilet and wash basin. gas cooker full size/fridge freezer/microwave and loads of storage. L shaped lounge.we are using the van from the 30-06 to 04-07 at the bridge house marina garstang, pitch 35 if anyone wants to view, after that it will be back in storage at westby hall kirkham and will require 24 hours notice to view. I am retired so I am prettty flexible if you want to view in storage or i can tow the van home to blackpool fy42bg. please message through ebay if you require anything.the towing electrics are 13 pinwe are only selling as the van does not fit on our drive and trying to get rid of the storage fees app £400 per year, hence the storage, we are going to have a go…
