2005 Coachman VIP 520/4 caravan for sale. Reason for sale is because we have upgraded to a bigger van due to our kids growing up. We’ve owned this for nearly 2 years and have created lots of happy memories in this vanOverall the van is in good condition inside and out for its age. Few marks here and there but nothing serious. Front window covers are cracked which were like that when we purchased it in Scotland but have never cause any issues. Floor is two little spots feels soft on your foot but was like that when we purchased it which never phased us and hasn’t caused us any issues. We have added our touch inside the van by changing the flooring and painted the upper cupboards to brighten it up. Toilet was new before we had the van. During my time I have replaced the water heater due to the original not working to a universal water heater which works perfectly, it runs off mains 240v. I have also had repaired the control unit for the motor movers so they are functioning when required now also. End bathroom is really spacious for a caravan with plenty of storage throughout Van will come with the accessories and also the air awning Viewings welcome
